Your order typically leaves our warehouse within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase:

If it ships sooner, you’ll receive an email containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Didn’t get it by the fifth business day? Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder.

Still no email? Reach out through our Contact Form page so we can look into it for you.

If your order hasn’t shipped by Day 6, don’t worry — we have a dedicated team tracking delays and following up with the Fulfillment department.

As a next step, we’ll update you with your tracking info within three more business days.

For US orders, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days.

For International orders, expect it within 10–25 business days.
Why there might not be tracking updates:

The first scan might occur at a facility near its destination, delaying carrier acknowledgement—especially during busy periods.

In some cases, the first scan happens only upon delivery.

Tracking systems occasionally delay updating.

Certain international shipments (like Standard International) aren’t trackable, but rest assured—they’ll still arrive by the 20th or 25th business day, depending on your region.
If It’s Running Late

20 (US) or 25 (International) business days passed → allow an extra 5 business days for arrival. Many packages arrive just after the estimated window.

After 30 (US) or 35 (International) business days → we understand your concern. Our escalation team is actively monitoring and escalating to the Fulfillment Manager. Please give us 2–5 business days to investigate. We'll be in touch via email.
How Are Shipping & Delivery Dates Calculated?

Transit durations are based on your selected shipping method, counted in business days (excluding weekends and holidays, except when weekend delivery is an option).

Delivery timelines estimate the time between shipment and delivery, not order placement.

Some products feature a real-time “order within” countdown, showing the deadline for the estimated delivery date. Note: this is an estimate and subject to change. Your exact date always appears in your order confirmation email.

Free Shipping orders arrive in 7–25 business days. We choose cost-effective carriers, which means a slightly longer processing time—but your order will still meet that delivery window.
