Incorrect Item Received
An incorrect item means you received something entirely different from what’s shown on our website:

Replaced: You ordered a dress but received shoes.

Replaced: You ordered lipstick but got mascara.

Not Replaced: You ordered a weighted plushie but it doesn’t feel weighted.

Not Replaced: You ordered a size Large jacket but believe it’s a size Small.
We provide detailed product information to help you decide before buying. If you qualify for a replacement, we will create a new order using the same shipping speed as your original purchase.

If approved, there’s no need to return the incorrect item.
Missing Items After 30 Days
If more than 30 days have passed since your order date and you still haven’t received your items (excluding shipments marked “Delivered” on the carrier’s site, e.g., USPS or Canada Post), you’re eligible for a free replacement:
